Itinerary

1. TIPON – PIKILLACTA – ANDAHUAYLILLAS

   We begin our visit to the South Valley with the respective transfer from your hotel. We continue the tour passing through the ancient Ayllus (San Sebastian, San Jerónimo, Angostura, and Tipon).

   TIPON

   Here we can observe the Inca hydraulic system that benefited the local population in agriculture. Afterwards, we will visit the tourist destination of Piquillacta, where we can learn about the Pre-Inca Wari culture. We will pass by Rumiqolqa and then continue with the visit to the “Sistine Chapel of America,” the Church of Andahuaylillas. Here, we can admire the finest representation of Baroque art and its exquisite golden finish of Colonial culture. With the visit to this attraction, we conclude the tour. On the way back to Cusco, there will be possibilities to have lunch together along the route.
