Complaint: Disagreement related to products and/or services.

*The submission of a complaint does not prevent seeking other dispute resolution methods, nor is it a prerequisite for filing a complaint with INDECOPI.

*The supplier must respond to the complaint within a maximum period of fifteen (15) business days, which cannot be extended.
